The 2010 NCAA Wrestling Championships begin this weekend as several local wrestlers hit the mat with the hopes of becoming a national champion.

The tournament, which begins Friday and ends on Sunday, will be in Omaha, and will feature wrestlers from local schools including Penn, Drexel, and Penn State.

One wrestler who is looking to finish his career on a high note is Penn State senior Cyler Sanderson. The 157-pound, redshirt senior compiled a 28-4 record this season for the Nittany Lions and will face Northern Illinois’ Bryan Deutsch.  (philly.com)
